Initial Drafts:
Initial drafts will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Revision time is not included in this timeframe.

 

Revisions Time:
Revisions will be completed within 3 to 4 business days, depending on the complexity of the changes. To prevent delays, please provide clear and consolidated feedback.

 

Revision Policy:
Once the initial draft is sent, any requested changes will require additional turnaround time. All projects include up to 3 rounds of complimentary revisions, which may consist of font, color, or placement changes. 

 

Any additional edits beyond this will incur a $25 fee per revision round.

You will receive an onboarding email within 24 Hrs for your services request, with a form attached that will need to be filled out with all the necessary information to complete your order.
