Design Drafts:

Drafts will arrive within 4 - 8 business days, revision time is not included.

 

Revisions Time:

Revisions take 2 - 4 Business Days

 

Revision Policy:

Up to 3 Edits per page (an additional fee of $50 for 4 additional edits)
Once the preview is sent, If the client requests changes to be made, an additional turnaround time.

You will receive an onboarding email within 48 Hrs for your services request, with a form attached that will need to be filled out with all the necessary information to complete your order.

Due to the nature of the services offered, we are unable to process refunds.  However, we will work to the best of our ability to ensure you are satisfied with your design.
